Bespoke Leather Binder for Devon Estate Agents, Seddons

This is an A3 portfolio for a local Estate Agent (Property Realtor) Seddons, here in Devon. One of the partners wanted to present the owner, Nick Seddon, with one of our leather portfolios as a day journal. I think however that the portfolio currently resides in the reception of their main office in Tiverton, with all the properties they currently have at their five branches.

The portfolio is made using our 3.5mm veg tanned Italian and uses a screw post mechanism. The logo has been blind debossed in the centre of the portfolio.
