When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections or the name of the recipient of the portfolio if different to the purchaser. If you are unwilling to share this information with Hartnack and Company Ltd then I am afraid we will be unable to accept your order.
How we Store your Data
Hartnack and Company will retain the information that you provide to us for as long as it is needed to administer the relationship we have with you and for the purposes for which it was originally intended. All data held is protected using up to date industry standard procedures to keep it safe and secure and to prevent loss or unauthorised access. In some cases, we will need to retain your details to meet legal requirements, such as the records we are required by law to keep regarding shipping. We are also required by HMRC to keep a copy of your invoice for up to 7 years to comply with regulations. Your invoice will contain your name and invoice and delivery address and details of the products that you bought only. When we do not require your information any more, it will be disposed of securely.
Hartnack and Company Ltd will not record nor take your credit card or other payment information. The payment process is undertaken by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, the chosen payment provider of Shopify, our website hosting platform. At no time will you enter payment details onto www.hartnackandco.com.

Hartnack and Company Ltd confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Information Commissioner's Office. We use your information only for the following purposes:

Using Images of your Portfolio
We like to keep the images and information on our site up to date and so we take photos of most of the items that we make and we then may use these on our website on product pages, in our blogs or as part of our advertising campaigns from time to time. You will be asked whether you agree to us using these images when you confirm your order. This agreement is not assumed and, if you change your mind after having initially agreed to us using the images and would prefer that we do not photograph your item, please let us know via email. If you change your mind once the image has been published, please contact us by email and we will remove the image from any publication or media that displays the image, and destroy the file.
