Lead times : Our lead times vary depending upon demand and also the complexity of each order. A wide sweeping though not always accurate estimate is that non personalised orders can be turned around from roughly 2 weeks between ordering and dispatch and personalised ones 3 - 4 weeks. How will I know when my order is being made? : Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation order from us, at the bottom of that will be the production week we will be making your order in. Expect your order to be dispatched towards the end of that week.

Once it is dispatched, how does it get to me? : We use a courier company (Fedex or DHL) and we use their fastest service. Once your order has been collected from H&Co, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number as well as updates on the progress of your delivery.
