    Current lead time between placing an order and despatch

    • We aim to dispatch within 4 weeks for non personalised items and 6 weeks for personalised items. This can vary depending upon order volume, so if you have a deadline, please contact us to check what our current lead time is. 
    • If we have not received artwork and proof confirmation by the end of business of Wednesday the order will be rescheduled for the following week

    We recommend that you contact us before you place an order to get a more accurate lead time, should you have a deadline looming.
