What makes our slipcases so special is the way they are made. All are individually hand crafted around what they will hold. Traditional bindery techniques like double laminated grey board walls that are then step jointed and glued are not widely practised but they offer you the strongest box made from board. Another feature of a Hartnack slipcase is that all are made with a fabric lining. All of these are standard H&Co practises.

Also available to order here are drawers to go inside one or more of the enclosures. Our drawers follow the same bindery practises mentioned above with leather pulls that can also be personalised.

You have a wide range of cover material options from book cloth and hard waring buckram to luxury leathers and an even wider palate of colours allowing you to find the perfect colour combination. 

As all are bespoke, each is made around the book or binder they will eventually house, so we will either be making your album or binder or we will need to know what the size is. Our prices are based around an approximate size of the slipcase and not an exact size as this depends on the book or binder.
