What we do

Hartnack & Company specialise in making high quality, one-off bespoke binders and boxes for a variety of customers and industries, located in the U.K. and around the world.

Everything is hand crafted and made to order, bespoke to either a special individual, event, organisation or vehicle.

We don't make 100's of anything, we just concentrate on doing small quantities but very well. As such we specialise in 'the special'.

Who Are We

Hartnack & Company are a small family business located in the rural and beautiful county of Devon in England.

Things began in 2014, in our spare room, when the need arose for a certificate binder for our daughter.

Since then things have moved on a bit and we have grown into what you see on these pages. As a family business, we take what we produce personally. We aim to deliver a superior, quality product surpassing the expectations of those who buy them, and hopefully making a few friends along the way.

Our Story

How It's Made

Everything we make is custom-made and hand-crafted in our Devon studio. This process is driven by both necessity and desire. We create bespoke products, so each order is unique and tailored to the contents it will carry. It’s a one-off, with varying sizes, colours, options, and of course, personalisation. This is not something that can be mass-produced in a factory.

Each item is carefully handcrafted using traditional techniques because, while they may take longer, they ensure that our products are made properly and will last. It requires skill, attention to detail, and a labour of love, but we are incredibly proud of what we create and hope you will be too.
