The drop back box consists of a single tray sitting on a fold-over cover that wraps over the box. Both the tray and the cover have hidden magnetic closures and it is within this that we place the ring binder mechanism. Each one is made to perfectly fit the contents it is designed to hold, either with plastic page protector pockets (or not) or with tabbed dividers (or not). Should you also want it, we can provide you with a ‘V’ cut out that makes accessing the contents easier.

Each one is individually hand crafted and made bespoke to your specification using traditional bindery methods. Techniques like using double grey board walls laminated together that are then step jointed and glued are not widely practised nowadays, but these will offer you the strongest boxes possible and are the corner stone of H&Co quality.

Each order starts with making your box from scratch (nothing we do is off the shelf). Each board is cut to perfectly fit the contents you want to put inside it. We offer you International as well as U.S paper sizes, but should you require it, bespoke sizes as well.

Available to you is the widest range of ring binder mechanisms from a capacity of 25mm to right up to 100mm with the option of having them in either chrome or black.

You have a wide selection of cover material options from book cloth and hard waring buckram to luxury leathers and an even wider palate of colours therefore allowing you to find the perfect colour combination.

Lastly and should you require it, is the ability to personalise your drop back box This can be done with a single line of text on the cover, or your logo stamped into it, to having full colour logos, text or images digitally inkjet UV printed onto the entire cover.
